This app is terrible, password reset doesn’t work. Difficult to use and understand. It ads no value, just a scam taking advantage of clients

“When you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail”. I’ve done in clinic sleep study before and since I didn’t get any sleep but somehow reported I had sleep apnea. So I signed up for and completed their home test (which seemed based on shaky science at best) reporting that I have ‘severe’ sleep apnea. So I paid $$$$ to join their treatment. They were quick to take my money, but the therapy has been a course of incredible frustration and disappointment. Slow to respond and ship trial mask (waited 2 weeks to review last one as it never shipped from their warehouse until I call 2 more times requesting update), each one has gotten worse (fits poorly or has some defect or introduces new issues). My conclusion is that for sleep apnea (which I doubt I even have), telehealth is probably the worse approach. Needs hands on, in person treatment otherwise you send countless weeks trial and error (mostly error) and becomes an exercise in futility and frustration.

It logs me out every time. It didn’t do this before the update. Please fix this.

I love SleepCharge the program. It has been helping my sleep apnea. Grateful to have this resource in my health journey.

Great way to see my nightly sleep data

Struggling to sleep has been miserable. I sincerely appreciate this tool.

Great app. Provides so much information. I love checking to see how much restful sleep I get each night. Can leave messages for staff who respond very quickly.

I like using the Downshift audio tracks to help me fall asleep but with recent app updates instead of stopping after a track has completed (so I can drift off to sleep) the app decides to play the next track which is really unhelpful as I have to unlock my phone to pause the audio

Please restore single-play Downshift audio. This was best part of the app, and it’s rendered useless by the new looping quality that’s **keeping me awake** 😩

The worst company i have ever dealt with. They actually contact my employer and try to intimidate me to buy supplies that I don’t need. I ACTUALLY GOT CALLED INTO THE OFFICE for not sharing information about my “bed partners”!!!???? I wish I could give less than one star!
