Works well - mostly
Interesting when you’re retrieving recording, app decides now is a great time to sell you membership, you lose data - and you’re already a member lol

When I wake up the sleep time is way off, eventually it uploads the data from my Apple Watch & catches up. $59? What for? Send me my money back. No way to contact them except writing a letter & dropping it in the mail. Not good.
SleepScore may look polished, but it’s all surface. The app provides vague insights, no real-time biometrics, and cookie-cutter advice that hasn’t evolved in years. If you’re managing complex recovery—nerve pain, HRV tracking, sleep fragmentation—this app is completely inadequate. No heart rate data. No HRV. No sleep stage clarity. And the “coaching” feels like it’s written for a sleep-deprived teenager, not someone actively working on their health. I’ve compared this to Rise, Welltory, and SleepWatch (even Fitbit), and SleepScore is by far the least intelligent or adaptive. Don’t waste your time or your data. There are better tools for serious users; they only want to sell you more “stuff” while charging $59.99. What up with the $0.99. Are you a grocery store??
How stupid is it that if you allow notifications, it will get past sleep mode and wake you up at 5:30am asking if you want sleep tips? Way to make sure I never buy your full product and delete the app immediately.
I’m not sure if I just have good hearing or if this happens to everyone, but the sonar lets off a piercing high pitch sound. I understand that it’s necessary for it to work, but I can’t fall asleep to it screaming in my ears.
It kept making this high pitch frequency noise I couldn’t
I had high hopes but couldn’t get the app’s sonar to work on my iPhone 13. The demo showed a flatline. Attempts to “get help” requested an email address that was already added. No other help seemed available. Don’t have time to troubleshoot it further.
I love this app. It is easy to use, does not require a wearable, and I am already using the insights to get better rest.
This is the worst kind of app. 5 minutes of onboarding before I can explore. It asks for access to my sleep data, but didn’t do anything with it. Maybe it works great in other ways, but the onboarding was a horrible experience (and asking me to sign up for the paid program twice before I can even explore…) This is a case study on bad user experience.
I was planning on cancelling but missed the end of my 7 day trial by a few hours. I have no plans to continue to use the product. It doesn’t work well, is hard to navigate, and there seem to be translation errors on some of the linked articles/quizzes. I tried to contact them and the only option on the website is a form that won’t let you fill out if you have a Gmail account. Scammers.
