They no longer have employees answering phones and only can communicate through a chat usually with a BOT . They charged me double and it is very difficult to fix. I had to go through my credit car company. I signed up for the promotion after not being with them for for a while. I understand why they have the promotion now everyone is leaving because the service is terrible. Everything is online now they have no 800 number to reach anybody. It kept kicking me out and eventually I was able to get in. I received one acknowledgment email They charged my credit card twice and I disputed one of the charges. I did cancel and received confirmation email. Then next month they charge me again for a full month. I tried every # possible, including that my credit card company gave me. They do not have any number to reach anybody and only do a chat with a bot. Ridiculous.

The app in iOS and AppleTV is both crappy. Not responsive. Laggy and poor design. Content is good. Needs better upgrade to all of the apps across platforms. Design is also poor. And also add CBS Sports channel

Super annoying when your watching a show and you hit the up button to change the channel it brings up the tv guide instead. Then when you hit the down button it doesn’t change the channel either. Just over all its not very user friendly.. and they definitely need to fix tht. Like why would you have it set up like that.. every other stream app if you hit the up or down button it’ll change the channel.. why in the heck would you make it to where you can’t do that? They tryna make sling different from other apps but your just screwing it up. T

Glitchy app, bought for football watching and games are blacked out. Can’t get a refund back on the first freakin day…

My ap no longer works on my phone or my tv. There is no number to call for help and your web site stinks. I have not been able to watch for more than a week now.

The app works well with hardly any buffering here. A bit sluggish to navigate through the app, but, once a channel is selected, it plays fine with maximum resolution. Perhaps a spinning buffer wheel every so often (we have 1GB up/down ISP and it i working fine and fast so it is the SLINGTV app/connection at fault). My issue and why 2 stars with SLINGTV is that APPLE renewed my BLUE subscription at $40 on 7/29/24 and I was supposedly renewed to 8/29/24, but, in a chat session this morning 8/4/24, SLINGTV rep said they do NOT show this renewal at all and right now, I'm only getting the FREE service. SLINGTV said to reach out to APPLE and there's nothing they can do about this. (I requested a refund of the $40 from Apple yesterday, 8/3/24 and am awaiting what will hopefully be a refund and end to this subscription snafu) That said, 2 stars for my first SLINGTV customer support chat session and the subscription issues. It didn't go well. I'll avoid SLINGTV for the time being until they (and APPLE) get this done right.

I live in Seattle. Sling went down. Seemingly no recovery. What a rip off.

I moved an was receiving what I pard for two weeks. Then all of a sudden I could not get my local stations on two of my devices. I can get it on my iMac but not phone or pad. Went to neighbor upstairs and worked fine. Came back to my place and worked on all devices. We keep up this morning and now it’s not on the other two again. I am not going through a storm without my local stations

Sling I am so disappointed in your services. The day you started this contest I have been watching you all every day more than 15 minutes. The highest that you all have showed me is 70 and I noticed that so I started paying attention this week. Started Sunday and it’s Thursday and I have 10, last week you gave me 70 When we have been watching every day more than 15 minutes. My husband lives CNN FOR NEWS and I noticed Sling is not adding up my totals like I am adding up my totals you’re cheating me. I watch Sling every day more than 15 minutes and I’ve been watching it every day of this week on today for Thursday and it said 10 coins that’s a lie. What’s the glitch you selecting people that you want to win, my husband and I noticed that he said watching every day why is your number still low? I’ve been watching you guys every day. I don’t appreciate it and I’m getting ready to give you.

Bad customer service, soulless company YouTube tv is better in every aspect.
