App hasn’t worked for over 6 months!
The SMA Energy app has not been providing any current data for over 6 months since SMA undertook a project to migrate all data from the original platform over to their new Ennexos platform. I have raised a number of tickets with SMA Australia support, but no one can get a timeframe for resolution. This is unacceptable, I know I can monitor by directly logging in to the portal each time, but the whole point of having an app is for the convenience!
