More bugs than their beds

App is down for days. Even when it’s working it’s poor functionality and complexity - just marketing and offers.

Disappointing

Would be a great app if you could log in, see your bookings etc.

Hello, is this thing on?

The app needs a lot of work, and a quick flick through the version history shows you how much (or little) love the developers give it, with sporadic updates often years apart. I can search for and book a room, and I can sign up to their membership, but I can’t log into my account. SLH don’t offer membership cards, but you are expected to remember some long, random number. It seems like it’d be pretty easy to offer a digital membership card that could be added to Apple Wallet with all the pertinent details. The layout and design of the app needs a lot of work. It’s sluggish and overcrowded in places.

Needs more work

This app was advertised as an iPad app but it's not - it's just a iPhone app expandable. The screen resolution is poor and the steps to find hotel info are not logical. For some hotels you need to select "Book" then go "back" to find the hotel overview and other details. The quality control on this app is lacking especially as SLH is promoting itself as a high end product.

Can't Book

Ok app for info but the "book" function doesn't seem to work on iPad.

Needs some work

Overall a good resource but quite slow and cumbersome. Click on Australia and you get European and Asian hotels listed? Photos very slow to load and not just my connection.

Good, a few bugs

Although there is a good layout and wide variety of hotels and pictures, there are random bugs that cause the app to crash in the middle of viewing a hotel. Please fix asap.

Rubbish apps

Does not allow you to login. Very difficult to book rooms on the apps. A real let down for the hotels. As previous reviewer said fix your app and make it user friendly.

Very poor

What a terrible user experience and design. Almost an example of a company needing an app and just creating the bare minimum to tick the box. I am an invited member but just use the website was the app designed by a 5 year old ?

Useless

Can’t log in. Looks a good site but useless if you can’t log in to it and see your bookings etc? Stewartmf
