Small World Money Transfer

Please don’t use this app or website I sent money to my brother but he’s never received the money I try to contact the customer service no one answers.

I used it a lot before even when the app it’s ridiculous slow and annoying to use or when they want a document upload, which is fair but take ages, do it all the time and after that still not in use the account to make transactions, got tired of contacting customer support and they’re extremely useless too. You’re better with Ria transfer tbh, so fast and reliable.

I used to use small world and only small world to send money, I would recommend small world to my friends and family all the time. But after using TapTap Send for past year and half I’m not going back to small world again. It’s so easy to use the app and create new payees on the other hand small world is so complicated and long process. Unnecessary details are needed to create new payees. Bkash payments service with Taptap is awesome 🤩. And thy don’t ask for documents on every transactions once verified with ID its should be sufficient for any company..!!

I have already logged this flaw but I haven’t seen any improvements on it. Customers should be able to manage their payment options. Ebay, Ria , WU and likes are have the option to allow customers to delete and and card payment but this particular app or web version of your services restrict users from this. There are loads of options nowadays but I don’t see any updates or improvements. Its a same. I have to always enter my long 16 digit although it’s successfully added to my account but its not populating for selecting. Shame!!! This needs looking at.

Do not use this app at all. It takes them days for a decision, and whenever you try to contact them they are always unavailable. I have been waiting over a week for a review of a transfer that everywhere else takes an hour or two. Worst company alive

Don’t send money through this app they hold up your money for weeks . Keep way from this company at all cost. This company is not trustworthy.

Stop asking for feedback when you don't know when to send the money!! Silly

Fantastic service, highly satisfied and recommended As per my title this says it all, however I’m writing this review after using the more than 2 years. In terms of customer service, exchange rate and delivery of the service; all top quality. I didn’t need to use any other platform since I have started using small world. Keep your good work up small world family.

Customer service is awful 😞 specially their compliance department is a joke 🤡. Just answer one question how many times does one needs to verify them self with iDs ? My dad is 85 and thy were bullying him for bank statements on every transaction 🤦🏻‍♂️. Thy say compliance needs it to do what ? He is a pensioner he gets money from pension sent letters to confirm pension, bank statements to show money coming in . But on his next transaction thy asks same question and asked for proof of income disgusting 🤮. It’s been happening for last 3 months on every transaction thy asking for proof of income. wrote an email requesting close of account and delete of all data !! Not happy at all …🤬. Transaction MTN 2237600624 ! U can check how many documents you have including : dads house sale and buy papers, passport, driving license, bank statements form all his banks, debit cards, pension letters and keep asking for for more….☠️
