Small World Money Transfer

They had my money for weeks. And allows ask for the same documents every time. There like 3 or 4 persons handling ur case so u have to send the same documents to every one. Don’t use this app. Money gram is much better option

Dårlige service, de brukte en uke for å godkjenne min overføring av pengene. Til slutt måtte jeg be om kansellere. Da tok det to dager igjen for å pengene mine tilbake.

I'm using smallworld about 2 years I'm very happy for the good services they gives /given to me... With all this bad things small world is much better than all other money transfer companies ❤️❤️❤️

Your response rate customer grievance is terrible

I sent money through mobile wallet to Senegal. After 3 days it was still not delivered. I requested a cancellation so I could use other means to transfer the money since it is ment for an event which was due in a few days. Three days after that request for cancellation I am still waiting. They always say they are waiting for a response from Senegal and promise to call back, which they never do. Now I’m sitting here helpless. They can’t deliver the money to the recipient and won’t return it to me so I can use another agent. Poor service!

I just tried to send money for first time and Got so many problem when trying to confirm my e-mail and telephone number. I never got the code by sms and wrong password when using the email. I contacted support and it took so long and I never got answer! If it works like that just to create an account, I do not want to imagine how bad it works sending money 🙄

It’s sucked this app don’t support 11.1.2

Please don’t use this app or website I sent money to my brother but he’s never received the money I try to contact the customer service no one answers.

I used it a lot before even when the app it’s ridiculous slow and annoying to use or when they want a document upload, which is fair but take ages, do it all the time and after that still not in use the account to make transactions, got tired of contacting customer support and they’re extremely useless too. You’re better with Ria transfer tbh, so fast and reliable.

I used to use small world and only small world to send money, I would recommend small world to my friends and family all the time. But after using TapTap Send for past year and half I’m not going back to small world again. It’s so easy to use the app and create new payees on the other hand small world is so complicated and long process. Unnecessary details are needed to create new payees. Bkash payments service with Taptap is awesome 🤩. And thy don’t ask for documents on every transactions once verified with ID its should be sufficient for any company..!!
