How can it be this bad?
I am baffled how someone can make an app so bad and still claim in the manual that it’s constantly being improved. LED light control hasn’t improved at all for years now and it’s just as bad and confusing as it was. If you have their RGB + white controller and you turn on rgb or white in the wrong sequence - good luck trying to figure out how to turn off the one that you want. It’s not their problem that you’re the clown that bought their product. You can’t control RGB lights without first turning on white light which shouldn’t be on in the first place if you want rgb. Terrible app and lies about improvement.
