We lost the remote right after installing and now you can no longer log into the app. The fans listing on Amazon now uses a different app and remote but it does not pair with the fan. I even bought new replacement remotes and still no luck.

My remote control stopped working and I had to use the app, now the app doesn’t work either

ive had this light for about 2 months, the remote stopped working so ive been using the app, i only had to login once but then in randomly logged me out and wont let me do anything, cant login, cant make a new account, im just trapped in this obnoxious bright white light with no fan, which was the only reason i wanted this light in particular. if i could USE the app it would be a ten. too bad I cannot

Logs you out and won’t let you log back in. It shouldn’t need a login to begin with, but it does. The remote that came with it broke within a few months, so the app is the only way to control the fan. Sometimes it starts working again, for a week or a month, but then the app logs you out again for days or weeks at a time, with no way to control the fan.

App don’t work

I had the light and fan for about a year now. The app keeps on logging me off. The fan went out and would turn on and off in the middle of the night. I had to disconnect the wireline from the light. Low quality on the app.

Bought fan on Amazon. Remote never worked from day 1. Requested a replacement that never came. The app worked but was spotty at best. Continually kicks me out of app, won’t let me login w my password and asks me to login w google or Apple ID. Would never buy again. Waste of money. Never worked. No customer service. Could not do zero stars.

App never works and constantly have to sign back in, just for the sign in to fail. Horrible app deserves 0 stars

I’ve had the app for two years and it just stopped working. The remote stopped working right after installation so I’ve just been using the App. Each time you use it you have to sign in. I tried signing in today and I keep getting an error. I’ve tried almost everything. So now I can only turn the light on, no fan. I tried messaging for support but the link no longer exists.
