App doesn’t pair with fan light. Followed instructions, several times, doesn’t work. Plus, unable to delete/remove devices. App has several devices (all the same fan light) which doesn’t connect. I would give no stars but the review won’t allow me to!

Light does not pair with phone. Only flashes twice, not three times. Pairing unsuccessful, so app does not work.

please fix this. it is not working and i can’t even control my light. also please provide me an email i need help with my fan.

at first the app was fine but then after a while it made me repeatedly sign in every time i tried to turn on the light and now it just stopped working it won't even let me sign in or make a new account and i lost the remote so i can't even do anything anymore there just no fan now and im going feral

This App sign you out every time you open it. It doesn’t even work. I’m planning on replacing the fan. Too much of a hassle to deal with.

Worked more or less for my ceiling fan/light was buggy and had repeated sign-in issues… I use the remote more but then my AT&T internet service started blocking it “to stop private data from being exposed” then in the App Store I noticed it needs permission of my photos and videos for unknown reasons. So definitely a red flag especially from a Chinese company. Deleting app and just going to use the remote.

To set up an account, You need to enter a code that is sent to your email account but the email is never received. Not the in box or spam. It doesn’t show up and there is no alternative way to get a code
