I have to use the browser to login, app won’t even let me sign in at all.

Is a scam put in credit card everything is correct and it say that is no valid stealing info from people

I was willing to become a premium member but there were errors to enter the app. I logged in several times, it did not recognize my password, I had to change it as many times as necessary, I even tried to create another account thinking that I had done something wrong and I couldn't do it either... when I was able to enter my data and my card data I got a message that fraud was possible.... How is it possible if I'm putting MY CARD... in the chat I never got help they just repeated that I should enter my data manually (which I did a thousand times) they even told me that my card was prepaid and that could be the error. And that I had to use another card... Hello, it's my only card!!!. Anyway, I felt that they treated me as if I were fraud, as if I wasn't the person I said, I didn't feel that they helped me at all. I don't recommend them, if someone had a better experience congratulations, but looking at the reviews I think this app really doesn't work... They don't even deserve the star I give them

Paying for an app that doesn’t work doesn’t really make sense to me. If this continues I guess I will be moving on to another service. This is sad I have to continue getting to service using web browser. Do better

I was really excited about this app, but lately I've been having trouble logging in. I've tried several times and it still won't let me log in, which is very frustrating after paying so much money monthly for a service that I can't even access. On top of that, I just got an email saying they're going to charge me an annual subscription of over $100... that's crazy!!! I'm canceling this nonsense immediately!!!

This apps needs lots is improvements. I just created an account and it says my account can’t be found, I go here to try to reset my password, which even try multiple times and never received a link to change my password to my email which is very suspicious. Right after I gave all my personal info it locked me out and it’s almost like I never created an account. two days after I was finally able to change my password, but then again it said the account has not been found. I just got this app and want to remove from my phone already be sure it’s utility is useless.

I had high hopes for this app. The information and features in this app are really great, but sadly, the features don’t work. As soon as you click on something, it logs you out. I have not been able to add any of my accounts due to this. When you email support, they tell you to call them to troubleshoot. For what? The problem is the crappy, unusable app, NOT user error! Charging $30 per month for an app that doesn’t come close to being usable is thuggery. Fix your app and stop blaming the users!

The app and site do not recognized the password I used to create the account, and the reset password option does not work either. I used the chat option to try to resolve the issue, but the reset password link provided in the chat feature did not work either. It is disheartening to pay $30 for a service that is not accessible.

Downloaded the app and made an account through the app but then app would not recognize it or let me login and just kept making me reset the password over and over.
