Longest transfer process ever. Didn’t register my old number with my iPhone and the only solution was going off grid for 3 working days. Anyone that lives in London knows how this is extremely inconvenient. All because their transfer process doesn’t work and Apple don’t register SMARTY as a guaranteed provider… SUS ! Stick to O2

Doesn’t allow marketing push notifications to be turned off separately from account related push notifications. This is against Apple’s policies and data protection laws.

The app ought to be go, once logged in it’s great but why does it frequently kick me out and requires me to log in nearly every time I try to use it, even when face recognition enabled….. poor show, very frustrating.

The app is easy to navigate BUT having to log into the app every time is a pain! Looking at past reviews, this has always been a problem! Please listen to the reviews on how you can improve the app!

DAY 3: JUST JOINED SMARTY MOBILE UK,NO INTERNET DATA CONNECTION SINCE DAY1 , They have a CHATbot system in INDIA!, THERE EXCUSE IS … THE NETWORK IS CONGESTED !

Can’t even login with an email link…

Everytime I open the app to pay off my bills it forgets my details & I have to set up my bill payments all over again ever time. It’s been this way for over a year now, SOMEOME do something already.

Not a five star app but it works. It is frustrating that you have to log in and use two factor verification every time just to see how much data you have left. The interface would be better if it showed data left against the time left. That said - the app does actually open (unlike one of the other networks that I shall refrain from naming).

Network and data down every 2 months for 1 whole day in 2 months or even often.Upossible to contact customer they replying back in 3-5 days.Cheap but not reliable network provider
