Why does this app need your location all the time? It requests it, so they must feel a strong need to violate your privacy. Further, this app doesn’t even work in Canada for delivery even though there was no obvious indication that is the case.

Disappointing. Won’t even let you see a location.

App is a waste of space if you live in Canada. It Won’t let you order anything let alone choose a location. Garbage app don’t waste your time

There’s no option to order online ahead in Canada. Considering they aren’t on any other delivery/pickup platform, you think they app would work. Especially considering their website says on Canadian locations that we can order ahead by using the app. They need to fix this if they want people to continue visiting their locations.

Just like other reviewers I can’t seem to place an order. They even sent me a survey and gave me $25 to spend but I can’t because there is no way to access it. I’m baffled at the business operations here. How can you spend all this money on marketing and then prevent people from buying the product?

The app refuses to open, update required. Been this way for awhile.

Went through the whole sign up process to find out that I can’t order because I’m in Canada, even though it finds the store I need. Big thumbs down

Seems the app is useless in Canada. It finds Canadian locations but you can’t order from them. A p/u order set to the nearest location has me going to Idaho. Their burgers are good, but not 16hr-drive-one-way good. Pretend your Canadian, be polite, include an easy to find disclosure stating app ordering only works in the USA. Thanx.

This new update is a big FU to the customer. Before this update you could use 900 points to redeem for any entree. Now you’re looking at minimum 1500 points just for a single burger. I won’t be wasting my time with this place anymore.

This app is actual garbage. How can a legitimate company have an app this bad. Why is it so difficult to to enter points from an in store purchase. That has to account for a significant percentage of use cases for people who download. Especially when opening for the first time. Why when I try to select a store to set as my home store does it try to make me start an order…. Who built this? Come on.
