Can’t even log in.

Every time I would call the druver…his responce was “I’m only 2 mins away boss!” All this, as I am tracking him on the app in an entirely different town and direction as well. And he (the driver) got a 20% tip in advance. AFTER my 5 phone call asking him, to confirm my home address via text 3 times….his response AGAIN is…OH YEAH, you guessed it…he’s 2 mins away. Guess what Pal, next time….your Tip…will be 2 mins away PERMANENTLY as well. NEVER AGAIN

I had ordered $20 worth of food and the promise was to get five dollars off according to a promotion on the app . I showed the manager the offer details and he said he’s not familiar with it. He recommended to try online and that didn’t work either. I didn’t like this and I asked him for a full refund. I am not trusting the offers on this app again.

I’m so tired of ordering online and it’s wrong every time! I ordered a Cobb salad. I got lettuce, grilled chicken, CHEDDAR CHEESE and that’s it. Not blue cheese. No bacon. I requested no fried egg. I think I paid almost $15 for this salad. So bummed. I’m a teacher. I dont have a lot of money. Just trying to eat healthy and I feel ripped off.

This place makes a mean burger. Always a good lunch date!

Tried to order ahead of time. Painful 10 minutes. Still couldn’t order.

Ordered through mobile. Paid $15 for a burger they let sit on the counter for a while until I got the notification that it was mine & ready to pick up. It was cold….

I updated my app as suggested, but now I can’t login. It says “Other error returned from server”. So I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled but that didn’t solve the problem. Very frustrating.

Queens NY Location can never seem to get it right when order from this App.

it was good the manager was pretty nice did a good job
