This app doesn’t run in the background, if the app isn’t open, calls aren’t coming in. You should work on it so that it can be running in the background just like WhatsApp and the rest.

The app is beyond useless and is actually a waste of the space it takes up on your device. Nothing works, and when you try to retrieve data such as usage, it returns a ‘No Records Found’ message regardless of the filter dates you use. It does not allow you to edit your personal data such as email address and even getting started with the app was a colossal headache. Instead of fixing the minor bugs, you really should work on the basics.

Very displeased with this app. Payment gateway’s don’t function, can’t see balances it’s basically useless.

Great idea BUT Bad UX. Paystack Payment Failure. OTP sent but no box / prompt to enter it. Should be so much simpler & hassle free👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The company does not allow data share between its own lines, like smile line to smile line. It says only with lines registered under your profile.! I should be able to gift a friend data regardless of the profile, smile to smile should be allowed just like other telecoms do

Unlike other VOIP the calls made using this application ends at the background immediately you switch to use another app. This is unlike other apps like WhatsApp etc. please fix it.

After the first month, I can check any record and can’t make new payment. So disappointing and unreliable App.

how has no one in the company noticed the app crashes a lot. you can’t even do anything on it. just a waste of space. do they intentionally refuse to fix it or pay someone to, or do they not use their products to the point where they’re oblivious when it’s not functioning right. if i could rate it less than one star, i would. because this problem has been going on for a long while now. i wish i had a record for how long it has been crashing

I have not been able to use this app since I installed it, it is always giving the error message “invalid token”.
