Smile Voice and SelfCare

This app is really frustrating, it's unable to stay connected in background. I can even say the former smile voice app is much better than this (My smile) in terms or connection. Please dear @smile communication should update this app and find a way of attaching even CALL RECORDING.

Useless app that only works once Can’t even check your balance

Apparently they asked me to buy a data from their app with bank transfer I did that through interswitch on going back to the app i noticed it the transaction has cleared asking i start afresh without allowing me click i have sent to the other account information they dropped on interswitch. I reported for over a week and up until now they have not replied me ignored me and acted reluctant this is a scammer app don’t use they are very poor in their customer care and very poor in services. Don’t say i did not warn you!!

App worked great when I first started using it. Easy to check balance, easy to recharge. Lately app has gone bonkers. Has an error message permanently on it. Have deleted and reinstalled a number of times. Still not working. Please rectify

How can unlimited have limited of data, just useless to me

You can not recharge if you don’t have a Nigerian or naira debit card. Nice but your services is only limited to people leaving in Nigeria or have someone in Nigeria. I have to pay someone in Nigeria more money than I recharge every month to help me recharge on monthly bases

The company does not allow data share between its own lines, like smile line to smile line. It says only with lines registered under your profile.! I should be able to gift a friend data regardless of the profile, smile to smile should be allowed just like other telecoms do
