The app is good but it keeps freezing up, especially when conducting inspection projects or uploading pictures. You tap and tap and it doesn’t respond and it has to be closed and reopened multiple times, which makes it very frustrating and inconvenient.

This app is absolutely awful and does not work 90% of the time, if I could give no stars and have my employer kick them to the curb I would be forever grateful. STAR FAR AWAY

I have to uninstall and reinstall it every week because stops syncing the tasks also I have to update every comment in my computer for the same issue it supposed to make easier the job but now it’s time consuming to check every comment on each work order

I like site plan from an organizational aspect, however its extremely buggy. When switching to different areas and categories it freezes and take along time to finalize selections. Also while typing inside the message boxes and description boxes it constantly freezes every other typed letter skips words or even add repeated words while freezing causing incomplete sentences and sentences that don’t make sense. Please fix thank you.

Honestly this app has so much potential and yet it glitches so bad on mobile devices. I love the web browser and how efficient it is. Mobile needs help with the lagging and glitches.

The software works for the intended use. However, the mobile app is useless at times. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app multiple times for it to work properly. Just kind of a headache when you’re trying to do your job and can’t because of an app.

The app works great for organizing work orders, however as of a couple of weeks ago Sightplan will not let me stay logged in for more than a couple of sessions. What was once an accessible, quick tool has now become a laborious and frustrating experience.

App kicks you out every 3 min and takes forever to sign in

I use this app everyday for work. When it works it’s great but I have to constantly delete and re download every other day because it won’t refresh. A refresh button is much needed or at least refresh when we drag the page down or up. Please take care of this issue

The app does ever work properly. Task sometimes never come in when assigned or they are hours late. Very rarely does the resident list open up and when it does and you select one or search for one it closes the App all together. The App is garbage do not use!!
