Just put the money your using on trying to make an app back into the facilities. Wait till you have enough money to build a proper app. It’s doing more harm than good.

Before getting a membership just know your card is only going to work half the time and anytime u bring it in they “fix it” and it’s good for a little then the same thing happens been going on for months

The app has helpful information and is good for tracking workouts, along with food ideas. One thing would make it perfect and stand above the rest. Make an RF card option like Apple/Google Pay so there’s no reason to have to use a card. Nobody ever forgets their phone.

Been trying to join in on the current challenge but don’t remember my password. I’ve requested a reset multiple times and never receive the email with the reset link. Its not going to spam. Try to get support and all you get is dead links and no way to contact anyone. Even the link in the App Store to ask a question is a dead end. Do better Snap!

The gym is good. Open 24/7, small, less crowded. But this app is pure trash. Can’t even search for my gym location to sign up. Hire some better dev

This is a great companion to working out at Snap! The workouts are good and offer guidance if you’re looking for direction in your workout! I love my Snap gym!

Supper easy to use and lots of options for exercises

Definitely helped motivate me and track progress

I’m a member at Placerville, ca location and I love the gym, the app, the whole shebang! Link your m MyZone and the app will track everything, also if you can’t make it to the gym there are plenty of at home workouts that the app provides.
