SNAP Resupply

I need help with my order that is sitting in limbo. “Order has pre-ship issues” I’m trying to get it resolved! The app will not let me changes, only lets me repeat the last order that has the wrong amount of cushions. Ugh, this is so frustrating, I want to get this order done and over with so I don’t need to think about it every day wondering when I’ll get a call back with a person that will actually help me with exactly what I need!

I just tried to download and use the app. There are no Introductory instructions so I start entering my info. Tapped the green button. Then get msg that I need a password. I enter the required password then won’t accept my email addy (probably because I already used that email the first time), it’s the only one I have. There’s no link to a FAQ, no link to get assistance. Frustrating.

It doesn’t recognize my email address (which the seller used to email me this morning to tell me I’m eligible for fresh supplies), and doesn’t send me a password reset code when I request one—and I double checked my email account using not just my phone but also my laptop, and after several reset token requests still no access. This is the same email address my healthcare provider has always used, and it’s the latest app update as of 10/10/2024. I’m sure you’ve put a lot of work into the update, and I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this is my experience. And all I wanted to do was update my insurance info.

Well, they finally fixed the app. Everything seems to be working ok now.

I just upgraded to ios18 and only get a white screen. I've tried deleting and reloading but that did not help. Thanks. Fixed!!! Thanks.

Like it says in the title, open the app after upgrading to iOS 18 and just get a white screen with no info. Update: issue resolved by app developer in a timely manner, updated review.

Tried the iOS 18 betas and the app just stopped working. Would startup to a white screen and go no further. Tried reinstalling after uninstalling. Still no luck. Now that iOS is fully released to the public, it’s still not working. It was working on iOS 17, but now it’s a broken app that once helped me easily order my Cpap supplies. Now I have to search for it on the internet. Very disappointing. Edit: They fixed the issue today and the app is fully functional again.

Very simple and easy to use, long as it works it’s good

I log into the app and get a blank white screen. On install the app reinstall the app. It asks if I want to display notifications, followed by the blank, white screen and repeat, unable to order supplies.
