The app is full of bugs. It lags every now and then, crashes, doesn’t respond to actions, GPS tracking is poor, interface is poor. Payments gateway handling is the worst. Doesn’t seem like the dev team actually acts on the poor review provided for the app after every ride.

Overall very good riding experience and also very less price then the other cab services.

Rechaged ₹1,000/-. Then according to their offer it became ₹1,100/-. After few days it is showing ₹0/- without even using it. Tried to invoke tickets in their Help Centre. The first ticket was deleted. The next two vanished after showing pending. Yesterday booked the cab which did not move its location for an hour (kept repeatedly messaging the driver). Then was suddenly canceled (after ONE hour)!!! The worst cab app I ever have used.
