They are charging more than Uber X with a electric vehicle. And now a days cancellations at its peak. They are refusing more than the autowalas !! Govt should ban these kind of companies who are looting peoples.

I have charged 1.5*estimated fare where there was no traffic & the route was same. When I raised a ticket after 6 days they sent me an email & did not give any solution & closed the ticket without any intimation. Worst customer service at its best! Now comes cab availability- if you are lucky you will get a cab & charged double of estimated fare!!

After recent update this became like earlier. There are no cabs nearby. No driver takes the ride. Very poor app.

Deleted the app after facing Continous issues. The customer care is pathetic.. They never answer or help I booked my cab at 140/- which is the same rate as other apps who use fuels ..and when I reached my location my fare turned 180/- There was no help from customer care! Drivers arrive as per their wish.. sometimes 15-20-30 minutes late.. If you cancel booking due to non movement of cabs they call you and abuse.. And the app takes no charge if it.. They never even reply to your problems and even close ticket without a reply.

One of the worst car rental service I have got from Snape I have been a regular customer but from some days I getting very bad service at the time of booking amount is showing less but at the time drop off the fare increase by more than 150 -200 without any traffic or delay on what basis the amount is getting increased every time one of the bad presentation on the name of Tata. Don't use this app the price will show less at the time of booking and get increased at the time of drop .

Their fares are very high and change at the time of drop off. They show a certain price at the time of booking and increase it later while dropping. There is no option in the app to update any cash payment. Their charges are way higher than Uber.

Very pathetic service some of the location is not taking whether it is taking in some other app and also as they are having no cancellation policies some driver saying it got auto accepted and did not even not show up after waiting long period of time, ask the customer to cancel the ride, this issue should be rectified as soon as possible or else there is probability of getting a case of deficiency in service soon enough and the company will face legal consequences for the same

The app doesn't use Google Maps to show places, half of the locations in Kolkata aren't available, and the whole interface is filled with glitches, it is costlier than regular cabs while offering a worse experience. No one should suffer from using this app and its service unless they get it fixed first.
