You shouldn’t have to scan the card to open (etc) the app to top up. You should be able to access topping up, especially family members caught short, without the card.

Downloaded app whilst riding the Wellington MetroLink. Previously had opened an account and registered my new card through browser. Opened app, but the keyboard only presents itself when inputting email id forgot password, all other menus fail to present the keyboard on iPhone, so registration and opening account impossible. Excellent. Will have to log on to my browser and delete this useless app. Can’t rate lower than one star Done.

Thought the inability to log in without the card being scanned first was a let down for the app particularly if using app for a child card. No notifications sent went card is snapped at a terminal .

Very efficient, quick and easy to use coming from a busy uni student always running around the city! However, please fix the issue where I’m trying to sign in but the screen isn’t responding when I tap it and it won’t let me enter my details. Thank you!

Hard to tell whether or not it’s happened. Hard to tell when it takes effect.

It’s very annoying to have to scan the card to put money on, I can’t choose the amount I want to put in my card. Can’t use with Apple wallet

This app used to be great- in fact essential as it’s really hard to find top up kiosks in my area. The app now won’t let me login, which makes a hugely frustrating. Please fix asap!

App should save your primary card/details. This way you don’t need to scan it when you open the app, top up, then scan it again. Save the user details/card details. Most people have one snapper.
