If you have an older Snapper card without a ‘+’ in the corner* and wish to use this app we will swap it out for free if you visit www.snapper.co.nz/contact-us/
*The app is not compatible with RideBank cards.

Read a card issue
Well but read a card by app is a very hard for iOS 18.2. Can’t collect the topup.

Topping up my card is super easy with this. Customer support was very kind to me and when I thought I lost my card.

Card Processing Fee
1.5% processing fee on all transactions through this app.
Not a fan of new credit card fee
Thanks. I will be recharging my snapper card at a face to face kiosk at station from now on to avoid transaction fee of 1.5% I’m sure that will cost Metlink a lot more than they have saved passing on the fee.
