Sonos S1 Controller

What’s happened with this app? Takes an age to load anything, and play keeps dropping out!! Really frustrating Sonos, please sort this out!

It says I need the Sonos s2 app which literally does not fing exist on the App Store complete waste of time terrible app

Got really angry at the s2 app for taking ages to load anything, despite having a good wifi connection, so i decided to downgrade my ENTIRE system back down to s1 and i do not regret it! This app is so much better (and faster) that the s2 app. 1 thing i am missing though is dark mode, Sonos, your S2 app is garbage, please improve, or i’m staying on s1.

We get a recurring problem, in the evening Spotify and Qobuz playback becomes spotty. Spotify & Qobuz are fine on various other devices, and playback is solid earlier in the day.

Playing music on all speakers is impossible and annoying

Walked to the Sonos store, was in a rush, tried to test a white move, the app required an account to be setup to use it, and had to leave the store because I didn’t have the time. If I was able to connect to the device I would have bought it. Instead I had to sign up with an email address and password for no reason, Rubbish.

The quality of the sound is beyond amazing!

Sonos has made all my units useless after a short period of years with their new update looking for an alternative will never use again

When working an excellent sound system. If it crashes or you need to change or add controllers it’s poor.

No longer works. I now have a very expensive box in my kitchen. It won’t connect to play Spotify, tune in radio, etc. yet it says there is no issue. I’m loathed to get a new Sonos item because of the issues I have had.
