I downloaded this at the suggestion of @charlottedobre and I was really excited about it. Well, every time I try to open it you know the soul app it crashes it will not open. Have I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it? Oh, yes, I have it didn’t work.
I’m a minor and I have barely seen any people my age on this app. But these 40 year old guys have the audacity to hit me up and ask if I would date them. I have the fact I’m a minor in my profile. But they ignore it. Who knows if the people who say they are my age are actually my age! This app is incredibly unsafe for minors. I used this app all the time a long time ago. It used to only be once in a while when old men hit me up. Or guys would ask me for nudes or strange pictures. This app is not for me and whenever I listen to music while in the app it cuts off which is annoying. Also everything costs coins when it comes to avatars. I refuse to spend any money on this app. They need to be better. Stay safe out there guys.
Great app for making friends but you should take scammers and sexual harassment more seriously, some people are weird on there. Can you please fix the part where the volume sounds lower than usual if I open another app and then go back to the Soul app, it’s a glitch and it’s making the experience worse bc when you play videos in Soul you literally can barely hear the audio.

so, you will encounter some random issue like you login into your account but kicks you out immediately after getting in. You try to reach out to the support team on MANY MANY MANY occasions and MANY attempts over a spread of time and get NO response whatsoever. There you have it, have an issue with your account, you are doomed. The worst social app I’ve tried though I like the core concept of it.

This app is not worth the high price for premium. The cost is steep just to see who visited your profile, go for incognito, and some chat options. Additionally, boosting your profile requires an extra payment, making it feel like a money-making scheme. You get only five free “Meet Me” options, and one is always a suspended user, leaving you with just four matches. If you want more matches, you need to buy more coins. Most users are in their late 20s to 30s. The app doesn’t offer new users frequently, and I feel like I’ve already talked to everyone available. Despite being stuck with premium for more months, the app is riddled with scammers. However, I did enjoy meeting people from around the world and appreciate the feature requiring mutual follows to send photos. Unfortunately, blocked users can still view your profile, compromising safety. Overall, I give it two stars for the global connections but caution against spending money on it.
