I was banned for no reason

So I have play this app for almost 2 years and I really enjoy this app thank you for making this app a great platform for people to gather and chat with each other, but recently the app has not let me login and keep on kicking me out and yesterday it said my account was banned, I have not done anything that would go against the terms and service of this app. I want to know if I could do something about this because this app mean a lot to me, it like a home for me when work is over, a place for me to let out my stress trough out the day and a place for me to learn new things, please if I have done anything wrong you can tell me I won’t ever do it again, but to be honest I don’t think I did anything wrong

I cannot log in to my account

It said that my account is “temporarily suspended” 😭 please at least explain to me what happened or even help me fix it!!!!

Fix the sound issue

Great app for making friends but you should take scammers and sexual harassment more seriously, some people are weird on there. Can you please fix the part where the volume sounds lower than usual if I open another app and then go back to the Soul app, it’s a glitch and it’s making the experience worse bc when you play videos in Soul you literally can barely hear the audio. The sound will only be normal if I don’t have other app tabs open, what is going on? Can this be fixed for a better app experience, the videos are taking 3 seconds to load too and some are lagging out😓😓😭🥹

I used this app several years ago to try and make some new friends and it was quite popular than. The tests you would take to find your group of people really helped find people that didn't think you were weird for things you liked. And there were a lot of people using back then. I mean it really seems like the amount of people using this app within the last 4 years has dwindled to about a quarter of that. Even then though scammers, sugar “daddies and mommies”, and perverts were everywhere. I did meet some really good people but you do have to use a fine tooth comb to find them. I would say I'm going to redownload but I'm not sure there's even enough people using this app anymore to make it worth my while. Wish you all the best ❤️
