This app keeps adding a new membership I have to cancel every month when originally I called them to make sure I only got charged for one month. This is a total bait and switch operation. I have been fighting with them for over a month trying to get a refund for the second month I didn’t use or want and this morning I woke up to another invoice and charge even though I cancelled my membership. I go in the app and there’s a whole other membership added that I had to cancel, so one for each month so far. Is this going to continue happening every month?? I don’t understand. I work in tech, I am not dumb. I literally just designed an app for the App Store, this is not user error. It won’t let me delete my credit card without adding another one. I don’t know what to do their customer service is useless.
They have many many hidden fees ( more than 330$ paid ) just to start a cowork membership of 116$
Doesn’t accept my Citibank master card. Cannot book coworking space despite having a monthly membership, plus payment methods on file. During the booking process I have to repeatedly enter credit card info hoping one of them goes through. Also despite “remembering” my credit card it still does not let me go through the booking process without inputting the full details again. I still haven’t successfully booked through the iPhone app, and eventually I just give up and go to the website.
Why do I have to add my credit card information in every booking? Just save it to my account and make it selectable. It’s so annoying to add this over and over again.
Horribly cumbersome. I pay for a monthly membership so when I book a co-working space it shows the balance as Zero yet I still have to re-add my card each booking….they have a card on file already…that’s how I pay monthly…I can even see the saved card in my account yet each and every booking enter a card and billing info..makes me want to cancel

Please do not use this co-working Space, you will never be able to cancel - this company is genuinely a scam. The actual co-working experience here is pretty rough, the office blasts top 40 music and doesn't allow workers to turn the hi-beam LEDs off. So I cancelled - working inside what feels like a Walmart starbucks wasn't for me. After that, Spaces somehow charged a card that I had never authorized (for a period of time that hadn't started yet,) despite the fact that I had already cancelled. After dozens of emails to them (and a credit card dispute,) I finally got a refund. I wish that was the end of the story, but they just sent me another invoice today for "late fees." Take your business elsewhere.
Impossible to call anyone when your account stops working. Email responses take days and also they don’t fix the problem. I’ve been unable to change my credit card details for months on this app and customer service has been awful.
It has potential. I was setting up a interview for a client and found looks of great deals. After I created my account and tried to sign in I just had a blank screen. Definitely doesn’t make me want to submit a payment through this app. #BANDZ🦅
