Loads of bugs. Never remembers my details and always loads of issues when it sends me the code , first by text and then an email which you have to wait for ever until it arrives. Just what you need when you’re trying to open a door it get a WiFi code

App prevents you from using your Apple Wallet whilst it is open, it does not let you generate a password automatically (like every other app and website), etc. Generally a poor experience and much more difficult to use than WeWork app for a day booking.

If you could update the payment options, add Apple Pay or save payment method will make it easier to use and make bookings faster.

Hi, I’ve been using the spaces app for two years now, and last few weeks there’s a problem. The app is asking me to add a payment account every single day, each time I try to book a space. I’ve added my card details and they are always the same, restarted the phone / downloaded new version of the app and nothing helps. I might need to give up using spaces if every day I have to put in card details manually. Please help how to fix this

The registration process requires you to send an email to your email address and then copy /paste a registration code into the app. Problem is that you have 30 seconds to complete this before you have to send a new code. Office 365 with high spam filtering has a throughout time of 60 seconds. So you cannot use this service with office365 outlook email addresses. It is therefore useless.

just like the rest of the organization, this app is too complicated to be helpful

It’s taking 20min just to login because the app keeps erroring and restarting the process. Waste of time.

After the update I cannot log in, the confirmation email is not arriving. If I try to register as a new account, the mail comes. Please fix this 🥲

App works okay, could clean up the UI so the code to connect to the internet was easier to find. Also, the virtual key never works so dont ever plan on using that
