SPARK car sharing

Please fix the known issue where users are signed out by the app and then required to sign in on wifi before they can use it again. If you try to sign in using data, you cannot get around prompts to create an account, even though you already have one. It has meant I regularly cannot use the service as I cannot sign in when I am on the street and want to take a car.

There is always something wrong!

They charged me more than 3 times the registration fee and when I asked for my money back - they just deleted my account. BEWARE - They will abuse your credit card information!

1) dark ui theme. 2) I cannot see other cars while I rent a car. In case if I need to change the car with other one.

Имам над 13 000 километра със Спарк и 16 години стаж като шофьор без нито едно ПТП. Много често карам над средната скорост на трафика, никога безразсъдно и винаги съобразено с пътните условия на пътя. Вчера акаунта ми беше блокиран за Н-ти път от автоматизирана им система за скорост. Този път чашата преля, на околовръстното до Ринг Мол според Спарк ограничението е 40 км/ч, а аз съм карал с 54 км/ч над ограничението или 94 км/ч. Разберете, че има органи на реда, които следят за спазване на правилата по пътя. Вие сте рент а кар, не КАТ. Системата ви не работи коректно и води до ненужна фрустрация. Преди имахте рейтинг за предишния шофьор, така можеше да се провери дали някой е направил кочина в колата, спрял е като арабин в пустиня или е оставил “Веселина” на макс - това беше доста по-адекватен начин да разберете кои са проблемните ви клиенти. Липсата на конкуренция ви играе лоша шега и живеете в собствен свят. Надявам се много скоро това да се промени. Профилът ми вече е изтрит и ще се наложи да си купя личен автомобил. Нека направим София по-задръстена от всякога.

Don’t be a fool

I have prepaid a weekly subscription for Spark Pro; however, on the third day my account was suspended due to “speeding”, which is not true, as the location of the “speeding” is a section of the Ring Road which speed limit was recently changed from 40 km/h to 80 km/h. Obviously Sparks database is outdated and this is being used against their own customers. Now I can’t use the service for which I already prepaid and their support’s behaviour is totally unacceptable - they even don’t try to understand the problem and off course they are refusing refund.

Does not support apple pay. Doesn’t autofill the code from SMS. Best of all - can’t autofill credit card 😂 Have to find the plastic one which I will not do.
