I went down a Facebook ad rabbit hole and ended up doing a trial for this app. I requested to be notified before the trial ended, the only notification I got was an invoice for $223.99! I immediately went to the App Store and canceled the subscription but apple refuses to give me a refund.
I tried this app out last year and they gave me a seven day free trial and then I realize it wasn’t quite what I was looking for so I cancelled it. Well I guess it didn’t cancel properly apparently and they charge me for. A year subscription $189 when I wrote them they never got back to me and when they finally did, they told me it give me a refund and that they could give me a discount on my next one. I don’t want it. I never wanted it. And they would not refund me! Very terrible experience with their customer service no help at all I don’t recommend

To use the app you need to pay 200 bucks . That is the only subscription plan the offer. It is unrealistic to assume that people have $200 to pay for a novelty app and not including any tier. Options is absolutely ridiculous and a total scam would not recommend.
I needed a way to read OR listen to a book and be able to pick up where I left off in either form. The voices need to be a bit more natural or not have reverb though.
I had a free trial and when decided it didn’t seem worth what you get and canceled on the last day they charged me so I feel tricked and now stuck paying $200 when I canceled in time! Poor way of doing things.
NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY THIS APP , Beware it’s a scam, worst software ever. Apple forced me to buy this app, I just clicked a three day trial version and they sent an annual renewal message to me on Christmas Day, I immediately cancelled it, but it just cancelled the auto renewal for 2026, now Apple won’t return my $223 for this garbage app. This is such a bad app that I won’t even buy for $1, and I tried everything to get my money back from Apple and the app developer, App developer tells me to contact Apple and Apple denied my refund three times, my payment processed PayPal says they can’t help, as the product was delivered. Deliver da ..? Forcefully?
first off I did find this very good. But the huge bad point of this is the cost. Just a ridiculous amount of money. Would be nice if you can buy it weekly or monthly. It’s a little glitchy, but it is 10 times smooth as an AI on the phone. Could do without it, announcing the page number in the middle of reading the story. Would definitely come back to it in the future if it was ever more affordable.
Wastes your time creating a profile and then tries to charge you to use it. Would give 0 stars if possible.
