You have a limited number of words to use even if you pay the premium version This is a joke !!

Worst app ever

You have to pay for everything even using your own voice. Wasted my time.

24/0 Customer Support

I’ve contacted customer support for a payment issue and got a message that they usually respond within 12h.?!? 24 h have passed and no reply …! In any case , what kind of 24/7 as advertised for customer support responds after 12h . !?!?!? The app so far is working satisfactorily but overall the experience is aggravating .

good voices but expensive

paying $30 more than naturalreader just because i like the british english voices better in this app. not sure if it’s worth it because it is expensive. also cant see table of contents when i upload a pdf. i have a learning disability the only thing ensuring i read my textbooks is text to speech programs but not the ones that sound like robots because they do not register in my brain. very disappointing, my country doesn’t have free assistive technology allowance for students with accommodations like in the UK. i am at least thankful that i can afford this but i shouldn’t have to pay so much and others who can’t afford this but want the same experience shouldn’t be denied such helpful technology because of the price. would be nice if there were multiple subscription plans to accommodate people who would like to try one or a few premium features only. personally i would be okay only using one premium voice in one language, uploading texts, and changing the speed from 1 to 2.5- that’s all i need as a student.

Scam

When I tried to do the 3 day trial they charged me the full 1 year price immediately. I sent them a message right away and no reply. I filed a report with my Apple Pay and was denied a refund by the company. I’m looking all over the app for a customer service contact and can’t find one. This is a big scam. Don’t try the free trial.
