You’re Downdetector app works but can you please add a world map in there? Just like the Downdetector app as the Speedtest one does not have it and it is really useful to determine where it is out. ect along with favourites just the exact same if you can make it almost the same as Downdetector, I will recommend you highly at five stars if not 2 stars I will update my review once you have done this. asap ect.

Please show the wifi network name device is connected to. Good when switching networks and you want to take screenshots for comparison.

Lean, mean, speed testing machine

Does exactly what it needs to do and has good clean UI to boot.

It’s not the industry standard for no reason.

My “go to” app for network issues

If I suspect a network issue, one of my favourite tools is Speedtest. It can quickly tell me if my internet connection is really working and what sort of speed I’m getting.

Ookla’s Speedtest has always been the gold standard and hasn’t let me down for as long as I’ve known it for.

Speed Test is an awesome tool, we signed up to an NBN plan and immediately cancelled it after testing it. Customer service told us that the wireless router provided by them would make things faster but we didn’t buy it as testing with another provider proved our router (wifi6 so relatively new), is not the issue. I also use it for testing video streaming capability of our connection. I love the timeline, would be awesome to export it to excel to use later.
