I can’t sign in and I can’t reset my password I really want to use the app but I can’t I need help

The app has NOTHING but a QR code and a rewards button…I can’t even search for a product..I don’t understand

Spencer’s, please fix your app. I bought a lot of jewelry a while ago and got a free jewelry rewards I decided to save it for the next time I needed new tapers. Tell me why I put in my phone number and the employees can see the reward but they had me try to look at the rewards in the app and couldn’t find it. I didn’t need an update and my data was on. Luckily they were kind and put it through anyways. We don’t need a glitchy digital app, merge it with the regular app or go back to paper please.

So if you buy enough to get the actual reward. No where in the app or store does it say the amount! You have to dig in the FAQ to find it. Instead of just picking a free item you can only get one that is under the price. And if you can dubs one in the store that is the price or under there is only 2 choices.

Not the greatest app at all, WE don’t want to have to go to the website! UPGRADE THIS APP SO WE CAN ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE ITEMS INSTEAD OF JUST ONLY ON THE WEBSITE!! 😤😤😠😠😡😡

I got this app from the website (the site show a barcode for the app and send me to this app, I was trying to sign in with my phone number and password but it always said “The username or password is incorrect.”, I kept re-entering my phone number and password for eight times but it always said it’s incorrect. You need to fix your app, more people are stuggling with this app like me, if people are complaining about the same thing then you should be looking at it and fix the problem.

Can’t browse in the app, can’t log in online. I downloaded the app and created an account. Unfortunately instead of having a store front in the app it automatically opens up a new webpage. What’s the point of having an app? I can’t even use my log in information that I just created because the website keeps saying my email and password info is incorrect. Seems to be a long running problem with customers that remains unfixed. Please fix this for your businesses sake!

I used to always lose my punch cards and forget them. This app is basically the tee shirt and jewelry loyalty punch cards. It doesn’t text or email me constantly like other shopping apps do. I will get random coupons in my rewards tab as well. It’s a great app to have if you like the tee shirts at Spencer’s or wear the jewelry. I see why people are upset about the expiration date but with this you are now able to get points online I think? That wayyy offsets the expiration dates and gives us so many more options when purchasing. Love this app and the accessibility of it. Just needed to make a truthful review so all these negative Nancy’s can hopefully look at the glass half full and not focus on one negative thing that isn’t even that bad.

Idk the app is so pointless, why have to use the website to buy things instead of the app? I’d just use the app tbh its just easier too abd makes it feel a bit more safe yk and you guys do have to fix the logging in bc ik people have had a hard time with it sometimes.
