Spendee Money & Budget Planner

Unable to use the pages that have long list. Screen starts jittering once you scroll to 2nd or 3rd page and becomes unusable. Completely defeats the purpose as tracker app. Please fix and ask developers to not over customise and use the native components provided by iOS. Really disappointing that I added entries throughout the month but now when it’s time to review, i cannot scroll.

It’s been a fair amount of time (5 months) that the sync with DBS in Singapore is not working. The infra errors are surfaced to the end user (SaltEdge, firebase) which doesn’t give confidence that the engineering team is up to the task. Is this app abandoned?

Suddenly logged me out when I never had to log in before and I lost all my data that I have saved for years!

After last update, all the bank connections are gone

I've been a diligent expense tracker on Spendee for almost 3 years. One fine day the app updates (i.e. today, 4 Dec 2024) and i am suddenly logged out of the app. I've never once had to log in so I don't even recall my log in details like the email i used, much less the password. I attempt to log in via various methods like Apple ID, Google, Facebook, and in all attempts i get in and IT IS BLANK. All my data from years and months back, even yesterday is gone. I have always been a fan of this app but this just sucked my confidence away. I implore you to please review my case and restore many months worth of data... I have written in a case and would love to receive a response

Been using Spendee for more than 4 years if I could recall. But the latest app version doesn’t allow me to log in via Facebook anymore. I hope Spendee can fix this asap. I’m a iPhone user. Saw similar viewers below too

Was good until suddenly got logged out after new update today Then i cant login to my acc anymore…

App is great to use in general but lacking in terms of support to export transactions to csv/xlsx. First monthly subscription the export function works well and almost instantly. Now that subscription change to plus version, system seems to stop functioning to export csv. Even when email for support no proper help was given since oct till now. Support is always delaying to resolve. Please help. Consider to Build in export function in web version.

Been using Spendee for about two years. Over the last one year, there’s been 2 occasions whereby I noticed a transaction was causing wrong monthly tabulation. I delete the error and the app crash, unable to be opened anymore. The first time (6 months ago), I redownloaded the app and after multiple attempts managed to finally recover my data. Now, it’s happened again, and I’m unable to login anymore. The support ticket requires you to provide so much details. At this point, there’s no sense of security and confidence in this app. Beware.

I’ve been using the app for 1 year but today it suddenly crashed and I couldnt log in with Facebook again. I’n logged out and the data for the past one year is gone. Please fix the sign in problem with Facebook soon
