Several syncing issues with bank accounts with OCBC and occasionally DBS and UOB. If it is a free app, sure thats fine.. but I am paying for it and i dont think it is fair to divert the responsibility to SaltEdge. Hope it resolves soon….
Just updated to iOS 18 and the app can’t open, even after I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Please fix it. Thank you.
When are you going to include TRUST BANK?
App listing says there’s a web version but the FAQ on the website says that the web version will be discontinued. False advertisement.
Bought it three months ago, lots of errors, some bank don’t sync at all despite being integrated and advertised as such (DBS for instance). Coinbase never worked. Support is not helping. I asked for a refund through the Apple App Store. Digging a bit, the founding team seem to have moved on to other ventures. A shame, the value proposition was really fitting my use case.
Encountered error with OCBC Singapore and there’s no solution after months. Simply copy and paste the response from Saltedge. They are your partner, you have the right to hold them accountable. Simply lazy to follow up to get issues fixed.
By far the easiest app for me to trace my expenses!
Hi! i was actually excited to see that this app allows bank accounts/ e-wallets ...however, i just found that the one of the e-wallets is not listed at all. I hope that you could add youtrip under singapore as one of the e-wallets. This would allow for better budgeting and overview of the expenses.
I love this app. This is my expense and budget tracker for many years now. It’s so easy to use. Two things I would suggest for improvement: 1. When I set a new budget amount from a particular date, don’t remove all previous records for that budget. In short keep a history of budgets. 2. It seems that the currency exchange rate is set to a default. Can you get it from Google or something? Or let me set it and keep it at that rate until I change it. As of now I have to update the exchange rate manually everytime I enter a transaction, even if I tick “Remember this currency.”
Paid for the lifetime premium subscriptions but it stop working / syncing with the bank after a few months and ask the app developers for help but the developers are unable to solve the problem and instead ask me to go to apple for a refund but when I call apple and they said their policy won’t allow a refund after 60 days but I thought I have paid for a lifetime plan?
