A shared budget options doesn’t work after payment

It never worked properly

It never worked properly for me and my bank (Swiss bank). I put a lot of energy and patience for support to fix the problem. When the problem was solved, it was only working 2 months until the app stopped working with my bank.

Poor Sync with your bank

I’ve been using the app for almost a year and I was very happy with the app as it could be able to sync with my Swiss bank PostFinance. In the last months, there have been continous errors with the sync and in the past the issue was solved relatively fast. Now the problem is lasting a month! I don’t recommend you to pay for the app if you’re looking to sync with your bank, just too many issues. Otherwise, the app is good.

No updates

Dont waste you’re money account don’t sync properly, no support or updates

Very bad bank connection maintenance. Don’t use it and please don’t pay for the premium

I’ve been in contact with the customer service for months now. The app was working well but at some point at the end of summer last year they started to double my transactions because of an error with the bank integration. They said it was fixed and I had to re-categorize all my expenses. Then it happened again! At the end I did the same at least 4 times and now the connection is not working anymore since at least 4 months and every time that I follow up they just keep saying that they will fix the problem at some point in time. I really regret that I paid a lifetime license… I got to use it less then 1 year! This is not serious. Potentially it’s a great app but then if they cannot guarantee that the integration works or that they can fix it in a reasonable timeframe it’s useless.

Unzuverlässig

An sich ein gutes App in tollem Design und es lässt kaum Wünsche offen, aber am meisten nervt die unzuverlässige Verbindung zu verknüpften Bankkonten. Geht tagelang nichts, obwohl DER Fakt, um genau diese App zu nutzen. Schade, aber so nicht brauchbar…
