The refer and earn program was clearly misleading and extra costs were added in billing. I suggest not even try this service. If you cant remove stains by charging Rs. 350/- , why should i use your service. I can wash it myself.

A typical start up which makes big promises on their app and has paid reviews to boost their ratings Clothes never get delivered on time. They keep trying to upsell express service but still don’t deliver on time When I refused to pay the full amount due to delays they hold my clothes ransom till I pay. There is no respite for customer if the service is bad

Worst service provider. They spoilt your clothes never work on complaint or return your money. They took my cloth,damaged it and disnt even care to pay back for the service, let alone the damages.

Bad customer service

People here are uneducated and unprofessional who will scream at you if they deliver wrong products or if you complain about their service. The helpline is utter nonsense as there’s only one lady who answers the phone to tell you to call a different no or mail the issue. Complete lack of service. Disappointed They don’t deserve a single star as well

All the labels, buttons, most of the views break in dark mode. Color scheme is very bad. At times, you can’t even see the CTA. Very difficult to use. Tons of other issues as well.

I entrusted my suede shoes to Spin Cycles for dry cleaning and explicitly emphasized the need for caution due to the delicate nature of the material. Despite my instructions, they managed to ruin my expensive beige shoes, leaving them discolored with a blackish-white hue. The condition of my shoes deteriorated significantly, and when I attempted to address the issue with their customer service, my concerns were not taken seriously. In fact, they requested the return of the shoes for an inspection. My experience with Spin Cycles has been dreadful, and I strongly advise against using their services. They not only failed to acknowledge my concerns but also caused damage to my valuable footwear.

I have given my new White shoes which I have worn for a week ! While returning they put stickers and stuff and have hidden a dark mark on my shoe ! So cunning they are ! Firstly the shoe was cleaned but there were yellow and black marks ! Such bad service!

I have given them a white shoe and they have given me a Brown one ! They made the white shoe brown with mud and dirt on it ! Great job

I recently encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience with their service. Regrettably, my expensive curtains were damaged, and despite lodging a complaint, they have declined to address the issue. I'll never suggest anyone to go with Spin Cycle.
