They misplaced an expensive shirt of mine and after repeated follow ups they just denied it. The delivery boy knew very well that he delivered an item less but they vehemently denied it saying we use technology to keep track of the clothes. Their service is quite expensive and the agents are trained to push the customer to take the more expensive service and pay extra for early delivery. If u still select the normal delete your clothes get delivered after 5 days. Pathetic liars. Uninstalling this app. Please don’t use this service

The app is maintained very badly. Can't enter an address as the font and the background is white in color! Who knows what a user is typing. In case if an errror is made then its a nightmare to update the correct address. I wanted to use the service but now I dont know if I will use them.

The whole dev team, QA team, Product team Program should be fired! Straightup! Never came across an application worse than this one, a lot of college projects are better than this single application

They charged hefty amount for luxe service of wedding clothes and service was aweful. my blazer has been damaged and now I'm following up since weeks to get it fixed by them but lots of delay and pathetic customer service

I am a frequent customer of spin cycle..but recently went through an incident which truly unprofessional and fraudulent in nature..i got a message from them to rate their services on google review and they will credit 5000 points…but i rated them 3 out of 5 and sent the screenshot of the review via mail…but i have not received the credit points…so i reached out to them about the points not being credited..so they slyly replied since i didn’t rate them 4 or 5 star they won’t give any points…so whatever rating they show on google is rigged…

The app is horrible. It will not allow to enter your details. It keeps giving weird errors.

Spin cycles provide very good service. Clothes were very carefully washed,dried and ironed properly. Also the packaging they have done before delivery was very good.
