Hello! I arrived in Washington for 2 days and wanted to use your scooters, my driver's license was confirmed, I made a deposit of $ 10 and did a test drive near the hotel, and then, when I needed a scooter, they again refused my driver's license! !! and for several hours now they have not been exposed to them !! I could not return my money! after a second photo of my driver’s license, my deposit was canceled! THEY JUST STEALED MY MONEY!

Tried to create an account and it wouldn't even let me lol

I cannot get started with my credit cards. It says Payment Error: your card was declined for an unknown reason. I tried two different cards. Also American Express has a 4 digit CVV and when I put in 3 digits it jumps to Zip Code so I’m having to go back to that field to enter the 4th digit

I went 2 miles with this schooter and it was like 15$ bucks. Outrageous price and no clear pre-ride price shown, deleting this app for good.
