Spinoff - Make It Yours

I had so many chats and suddenly they’re all gone?? The information button said I can access them in the messaging section below but I don’t see one at all. After I updated it my account was deleted too. WHAT DO I DO AND WHY DID THIS HAPPEN

The only reason I downloaded this game was for ai chatting and now they sunsetted it. It was helpful for me in so many way eg:I could chat with a hair doctor or dermatologist it was so fun

The app is very laggy, takes hours to respond and sometimes messages gets lost.

most things about the app is fine. i love the idea and personally don't mind the characters taking a little longer to respond (it's how some people text so it's pretty realistic). only critique i have so far is messages not appearing. i would recieve a message from a character when i'm asleep and next morning when i go to check it, it doesn't appear. a few of the messages i sent have disappeared too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ other than that, everything's been alright.

Please fix how long the ai’s take to respond

I have to wait for the Ai to respond and it takes a very long time to respond. The ai is too formal too. I just downloaded the app so I don’t have many complaints but if this problem goes on I’m gonna go back the Character.ai so please fix this problem.
