Péssima experiência com essa empresa, cheguei para despachar minha bagagem faltando 50 minutos para a decolagem e me fizeram remarcar o voo alegando que eu deveria chegar com uma hora de antecedência, perdi um dia da minha estadia em Nova York e ainda tive que pagar 100 USD pra fazer a remarcação para o dia seguinte

The app didn't accept any credit card from Brazil. So I was not abble to pay the luggages.
The worst ever airlines
My first and last time experience with them. They canceled my flight and just didn’t care if I was about to lose my overseas flight.
I am abroad and about to have problem with my job just because they didn’t want to take care about the problem cause by them.
online App needs revisions
Unable to update my TSA number on the app, when my iPhone keyboard appears to type the info it takes up to half of the screen and I can’t scroll down on the app to click SAVE.
The worst
The worst experience. Had a $388. credit from a cancelled flight. first they told me a year that the credit was good for now when I called to use it towards my bags they told me it was only good for three months and they can’t help me and beat me out of $380 and the supervisor was beyond rude didn’t bother to help me at all and then wouldn’t transfer me to pay for my bags and hung up on me. Disgusting.
Disappointed
We are so disappointed and frustrated for all the inconvenience and discomfort to this cancellation has been caused to us and our family; we made arrangements on our families, jobs, babysitter, etc , with we aren’t able to fulfill our commitments, we are expecting at least some refund for all this inconvenience and mess this has been caused to us.

Spirit cancels flight
They canceled flights and asking to rebook new reservations with new prices that went up over $100. Is that their regular practice? It was my first and probably last experience with spirit. Never will flying with them again. Better to spend extra $100 and fly with safe airline then use that crapp airline and they customer service.
It is difficult to be a Spirit customer
1- my 2 emails are registered and for none your website allows me to enter. 2- I aske to update my password, you send me a Free Spirit number and password that doesn't work either. 3- Base the APP and it's the same, it doesn't work. 4- I've been trying to buy a ticket for days 5- Yes, AI is very limited and it didn't help me much 6- They don't have a physical address, so I have to go to the airport to manage the above... I hope to achieve something there. 7- Since I have 2 registered emails, they do not allow a new registration. It is difficult to be a Spirit customer in those conditions. Thank you for your attention. Note: Today it is not necessary to make claims for fear of being demonized and ending up on the dark web.
The baggage fees including for carryon are outrageous, but I guess that’s why the fare was cheap
A carryon bag costs $65. Not $35. but $65. Checked bag costs $65. Wow. Did I do something wrong here? Probably never going to fly this airline again, or maybe I will just stuff my baggage items into a big trenchcoat. Maybe take my cats too.
