Spirit Airlines

The worst airline I've ever served in my life. They do their best to get money from everything. The staff is not understanding or polite at all. other airlines are actually much better. I literally felt like a worthless person. I will never use this airline again.

Unable to update my TSA number on the app, when my iPhone keyboard appears to type the info it takes up to half of the screen and I can’t scroll down on the app to click SAVE.

The worst experience. Had a $388. credit from a cancelled flight. first they told me a year that the credit was good for now when I called to use it towards my bags they told me it was only good for three months and they can’t help me and beat me out of $380 and the supervisor was beyond rude didn’t bother to help me at all and then wouldn’t transfer me to pay for my bags and hung up on me. Disgusting.

We are so disappointed and frustrated for all the inconvenience and discomfort to this cancellation has been caused to us and our family; we made arrangements on our families, jobs, babysitter, etc , with we aren’t able to fulfill our commitments, we are expecting at least some refund for all this inconvenience and mess this has been caused to us. Sincerely!

They canceled flights and asking to rebook new reservations with new prices that went up over $100. Is that their regular practice? It was my first and probably last experience with spirit. Never will flying with them again. Better to spend extra $100 and fly with safe airline then use that crapp airline and they customer service.

1- my 2 emails are registered and for none your website allows me to enter. 2- I aske to update my password, you send me a Free Spirit number and password that doesn't work either. 3- Base the APP and it's the same, it doesn't work. 4- I've been trying to buy a ticket for days 5- Yes, AI is very limited and it didn't help me much 6- They don't have a physical address, so I have to go to the airport to manage the above... I hope to achieve something there. 7- Since I have 2 registered emails, they do not allow a new registration. It is difficult to be a Spirit customer in those conditions. Thank you for your attention. Note: Today it is not necessary to make claims for fear of being demonized and ending up on the dark web.

A carryon bag costs $65. Not $35. but $65. Checked bag costs $65. Wow. Did I do something wrong here? Probably never going to fly this airline again, or maybe I will just stuff my baggage items into a big trenchcoat. Maybe take my cats too.

our flight (LGA - DTW) was delayed for over 6 hours for no apperant reason. the staff were nice though!!

Booked a trip to Ohio plane kept being delayed because supposedly they were waiting on a flight attendant this happened three times only to find out that there was a Microsoft outage we were in the airport from 9 PM to 5 AM before our flight was canceled. The only thing we received from Spirit was a $12 food voucher everything in the airport cause at least $20. There was no compensation for anything else they did rebook our flights, that was it you get what you pay for I guess

The system did not give me the option to include a carryon bag. I ended up paying for 1 bag which is pricy for a carryon.
