Spirit Airlines

The worst airline I've ever served in my life. They do their best to get money from everything. The staff is not understanding or polite at all. other airlines are actually much better. I literally felt like a worthless person. I will never use this airline again.

Two ticket to Miami for under $220 including seat selection & bags! Coming home on Frontier Airlines and they nickel & dime you to death! Next time I’ll fly 100% on Spirit!!!

Cheapest airline however has the best and easiest app to use. Crazy.

I am traveling to P. R. Because my mom is in the hospital. I was able to find a flight which includes personal item, carry on bag and checked bag for a wonderful price. I am greatful that booking this was quick, easy & comprehensive in a challenging time for me which eliminated the stress that I don’t need right now. Thank you!🙏

This is probably the second time in the last five years I’ve used Spirit… I cannot believe that the website has been down for

On our return flight, it was over booked. We got moved to tomorrow’s flight. It took 3 hours for the new tickets to be issued, meal Vouchers were given because our hotel had breakfast. However, they issued us a hotel Voucher for our destination city. At 1am I had to wait in the managers line which was 15 people long. My children were exhausted and crying. Worst travel experience ever.

Always have a great flight!The whole crew from baggage check to flight attendants have always been courteous and respectful never had a problem…enjoyable!!!

The Spirit app was one of the easiest to use.

The annual voucher of $100 was not able to use on my booking because I was using points to pay for the trip.

I wish spirit gave every customer clear pass for free with purchase of a ticket thank you.
