I loved this case when I got it but have not been able to make it work once I upgraded the phone. It will open and then shut off. I have tried everything but now that the app doesn't work case is worthless.

This is happening too many times…. I open the app to use the camera and it DOESN’T WORK!! As a professional diving instructor who occasionally likes to document students / customers along with the underwater world, it’s CRITICAL to have functional equipment - especially when it’s part of my income stream!!!!! Not Happy!! Fix the bugs and stay on top of the Apple software updates or I’m switching to a different camera system.

I purchased the Sealife SportDiver housing specifically for a trip to Fiji. I tested the housing and the SportDiver application 2 weeks before my trip and everything worked fine. My iPhone 16 did an automatic iOS update to version 18. I did not realise this and never re-tested the SportDiver application. This software does not launch on my phone running iOS 18.0.1.

App won’t launch in latest iOS.

Worked great. Now, the app won’t even open. This housing is too expensive to not be able to use the app to “talk” to my phone!

Update…delete and reinstall the app. Works fine now. I love the new smooth zoom. Original post: Latest app update crashes on start. iOS 18.01, iPhone 15 Pro.

Have been able to take amazing pics with the case and app. But it looks like the app is still broken for the IPhone 13. Update. App was up to date. Ended up having to un install and re Install app to get working properly.

I have the iPhone 15 pro max. I went on a snorkel trip last week. The app wouldn’t come up. So I deleted it and reinstalled. Then it worked for a while. After going through the pre config and the pressure test. It suddenly goes to Home Screen. So I opened the case restarted the app, went back through the pressure check. As soon as I jumped in the water the app exits back to the Home Screen. Is there an update. At home I tried again. This time the pressure check wouldn’t work. So I deleted the app, reinstalled and rebooted the phone. It seems to be ok now. But trusting it on a dive or snorkel has me worried.

Easy to use, when it does work. But then the screen freezes. Somehow I can still take pics with the screen frozen but I don't know what I'm taking a pic of so it's just guessing. Restarting the app fixes it, until it happens again, but when you're in the water you can't exactly open the case and restart the app. You have to be fully dry before you open the case. Also all my landscape orientation pics come out rotated the wrong way so I have to manually rotate all of them. I use it with an iPhone SE. If they could fix these two issues it'd be 5 stars.

In the Bahamas and all this app does is crash immediately. Housing is useless
