PLEASE ENABLE PRO RES on IPHONE 3 ASAP. Otherwise an excellent ecosystem. That said, I refuse to use it with current app configuration. PRO RES People, this is a huge selling point. Get on it.

I used this app last year with no issues. With the update though I can no longer open the app at all. Which means the $350 case is useless this year. I came down to do research dives and was really counting on this case and app to record data.

I recently used this app with the housing for an iPhone 15 Pro Max. The nice thing is my photos, having been taken with my promax, are absolutely astounding. I do find that the software was somewhat glitchy, sometimes my iPhone would lock the screen at half a picture, my iPhone got incredibly hot in the housing because I could not get phone to go into standby. I was actually diving with someone that had an iPhone 13 and did not have this issue, I could not get my settings to allow my phone to go into standby (could be user error but could not find any documentation) Also, it would be really nice if you could use the portrait mode on the iPhones so that you could use the bokeh feature (blurred background) this is one of the incredible features of iPhones that can take portraits and it would really enhance this app. There has been an update since I used this, so I can’t speak to whether anything has been changed. I did try to adjust the white balance through the app, but found that it really washed out the pictures and decided that it would be easier to adjust those settings using third-party software program or actually even the Apple edit photo feature. Also, if I read the documentation correctly, you use the 1xzoom, the 2x zoom, and the 5x zoom to use the optical lenses on the iPhone 15 promax while in photo mode and any other settings utilize the digital lenses, I would appreciate a little more documentation in this, specifically for the newest iPhone. How does that apply to movies? Or does it???? Better documentation and perhaps some tutorials?

Works great and I was able to take some really nice pictures. But it is lacking some features, especially when compared to the new Oceanic housing and their app. For one, this app doesn’t have video stabilization so the videos can come out shaky. If they could add video stabilization and some other features Oceanic has it would be so much better

A call to customer support diagnosed my problem and facilitated my ability to get photos in real vacation time. Very conscientious and professional help.

I’m leaving for Galapagos in 5 days and your app does not even open. What have you done? You are going to ruin a $10000 trip. Then if I delete the app and try to reinstall it says all my data will be deleted! Does that mean my video is deleted too!

Follow the troubleshooting procedures on thier website, delete the app and re-download. Easy enough.

1/20/2023 The housing is great and the app worked well until now. The app crashes immediately and will not open which renders the housing useless. Fortunately I found the “Deep Photo” app which is compatible with the housing. Saved my dive vacation for which I was using the Sea Life housing (paid $379) as my primary camera for my iPhone 13 Pro. Appreciate any insight. *Have the latest software updates, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and rebooting the phone, etc.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro IOS 17. Getting my camera ready for a dive and updated app constantly crashes. Therefore, no pics from todays dive where I’m expecting a ton of sea turtles. Will be looking for a new housing when I return home.

12/25/23 I just updated the app and now every time I open it, it crashes. I cannot use my dive case now. Very frustrated as I was on vacation and couldn’t use it. I have an iPhone 12 pro and it worked perfectly before the update. Please fix. My $350 dive case and $400 light is worthless now with this new update…
