App Doesn't work (at IPhone 14 pm)

I booked an apartment for 5 months, paid first rent and booking fee of 350€ and then I found out that their "verified apartment" had an inaccurate listing and unreasonable hidden conditions. When I informed Spotahome that I have a problem with my contract they completely ignored my issues and never tried to mediate it. All they did was to offer some bad alternatives and never reimburse my fee, making me losing time, energy and 350€! Never using again!

I booked a property through their platform, and they outright stole nearly 500 euros from me for a reservation I never used. To make matters worse, they charged a 200-euro commission, meaning I lost almost 700 euros in total. It’s been over two months, and their so-called “customer service” is a complete joke. They never replied to my messages, made zero effort to resolve the issue, and completely ignored my refund request. They didn’t even bother to contact the other party involved in the booking. This is blatant theft and an outrageous abuse of their customers. Spotahome has proven to be an unethical and unreliable company that preys on its users. If you’re thinking about using this platform, don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and most importantly, your money. I am considering legal action against this company for what they’ve done. Spotahome doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust. Stay away from this scam of a platform!

Be aware that the reserving fees works very unclear, so you will pay at least double more than you expect

La recomiendo mucho, llevo ya 6 meses viviendo en mi piso y no he tenido ningún problema nunca, es tal cual está en las fotos y videos, viene con todo incluido, es más, no tuve que comprar nada, es excelente, cuando se me vence este contrato volveré a alquilar con Spotahome, además asegura tu fíanza, que mas puedes pedir.

They do support scammer schemes, letting the agents/owners to fool the tenants. The service support team does not really care about the clients and makes “a visibility of helping” while doing nothing and just replying the template messages. Strongly do not recommend using this app, choose Airbnb for saving your money and nervous system.

Mi pareja y yo realizamos una reserva, que posteriormente cancelasteis y desde entonces solo nos habéis puesto impedimentos y excusas con tal de no devolvernos el dinero de la reserva. No tenéis vergüenza, esto es denunciable y lo sabéis.

No lo recomiendo, tarda en responde correos whatsapp todo los teléfonos no atienden si tienen un problema no te ayudan rápido piden documentos nuevos cada mensaje que llega cada 5 horas la peor no la usen nunca

Estoy intentando pagar la reserva de un piso con mi tarjeta BBVA y me dice que el código cvv es incorrecto y es un error que da obviamente la aplicación, escribí al área de atención al cliente que se supone que te responden en menos de 24 horas y la solución que me dieron es que cambié de tarjeta como que si yo tengo miles de banco. No lo recomiendo para nada y ahora viendo todos los comentarios negativos menos mal que ni se me ocurrió alquilar un piso con esta gente.
