Your last 2 updates haven’t allowed me to post scheduled Instagram posts. I can copy my text but the min I tap Open Instagram I don’t get a preview of the scheduled photo(s). I also wish I can see stats in the app

For some reason I no longer can edit my app notifications, it’s just greyed out?

The app does not do half of what the browser does in regards to loading content and being able to respond to messages and comments. Half the time I’m stuck with “forbidden” error and support is stumped. With how much we pay for this service I’d expect an app that functions 95% of the time and not 20% of the time.

There’s a ton of bugs within the latest update. Kicks you out if you’re not in it constantly, then doesn’t open properly when you’re forced to log back in. Doesn’t tag/@ properly on desktop or mobile - you have to select one platform, tag/@, duplicate and tag/@ again. Repeat the same process until all platforms are done. Their suggested scheduling times don’t match the actual platforms suggested times, so you’re constantly wondering who’s the best: the actual platform who has real time data, or a subscription based application that your company is paying $$$$$ for. The reporting data doesn’t give you any more information than what you get for free with your business accounts on your FREE platforms. You’re paying money for a tiny bit of convenience. That’s it.

I like that I can manage parts of our social workflow from my phone, but I’d like to see more social networks available as compared to the web app. Update 2/8 - I’d really love to see more TikTok options in Sprout too.

Love the overall functionality of the app, but the reposting feature cuts off any photos that are in the larger, portrait view.

The worst customer service.

The entire system is set up terribly. You have to sign up through the website, then after that the website is completely unusable with all of the “get the app” ads, so i got the app and it doesnt have the same features as the website, which is why i was using it in the first place. Zero thought went into making this

The mobile function is the worst! Even the desktop version not all post that are created actually post. Do better, you charge enough for the service .

I manage multiple corporate social media pages and the Sprout app makes it so easy to keep track of what’s happening on our pages. I love the simplicity of the app to manage engagements and our inboxes. I’m able to stay on top of interactions and quickly respond to inquiries.
