Squadi is now slapping on big payment fees when registering ypur child for another year of sports. 10 dollar fee if you would like to pay with CC, 8 dollars if you would like to pay by direct debit?? This should be free of charge or less than 1 dollar, happy to walk into the clubhouse and pay by cash instead if that was possible. This is a scam. Avoid ithis mob if you can.

I’m just so unbelievably sick and tired of this app. Absolutely awful.

You enter your credit card with the option to save it and then they tell you they will save your card details going forward without you having a choice. This app and the programmers are despicable. We have no choice but to register our children in this program because FQ’s mandate

You can’t update your own user profile even though it has multiple personal details and to contact some admin somewhere. Reset password select SMS and it sends to your email regardless.

It’s so useful for me bc back then I didn’t know anything til now so it’s so much easier for me as a u14

Register profile not working again, it is just blank. Terrible, clunky app that does not work

I’m a club, Admin, and I do use both admin version as well as the regular version. I don’t want to be critical, however there are some major issues which causes frustration for our members, team managers, coaches and players. Some of these issues are so basic that frankly it’s embarrassing for me to have to tell you you need to fix it. For example the message on top that constantly says you’re not connected to the Internet? Really? Could this not be fixed in 4 years? Example 2) Our Club received a fine of several hundred dollars and awarded a forfeit in the match that we won 4-1 on the basis that Team sheet was not submitted before the match, an allegation which is disputed. What I find extraordinary is the app does not have the functionality to flag, that the Team sheet was not submitted yet it allows/enables team managers or coaches to do the scoring an end of the match as if the team sheet was submitted ? A simple warning would be nice. Set aside, allowing the error to perpetuate. As a Admin, I cannot properly see what’s going on in our club. We have tried to contact your partners and our attempts fallen on the deaf ears so I have decided to communicate with you in this fashion hopefully will get the attention of the right person in your organisation. If you are really serious about making improvements, I suggest someone in your development team try to reach out to me I’ll be very happy to try to give you some useful pointers to make the app more functional/reliable.

Why is this option still there and so hard to get rid of. Plus younger players appearing under parents names? No one in our team wants to be a hidden player.

Such a bazaar layout. All the dates of games are out of order (due to wet weather postponements). You would think games would be in date order. Every parent has given feedback about how terrible to app is to navigate.

Needs some work - frustrating app to use. Maps often take to wrong place. Updates score very slowly. Threatens clubs with fines - poor culture.
