Square Invoices: Invoice Maker

Handy app but pretty expensive and they randomly lock your balance to confirm your business details regularly, can be frustrating to have to continue to show proof, especially when your trying to pay employees etc

The fact that this app is FREE but also has the premium option— is top tier! It’s so easy to set up, and the coolest part about the app is you can use your iPhone for people to tap & pay 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Can’t see that you can do a biller address and a serviced address I’ve verified bank details 4 times and still can’t set up automatic transfers Not quick when someone pays by bank transfers

Statement feature is basic feature. Very disappointed that this is not available despite its been a requested by other customers long back.

Be careful, I wasn’t and it caught me out! Once you’ve sent an invoice off for payment, and the client/customer/purchaser accepts the charges and transfer funds, a percentage is taken out that square invoices withholds. ONTOP of this, when you wish to withdraw funds, they then take ANOTHER percentage out if you wish for it to be transferred instantly, otherwise large wait times for YOUR OWN money to be sent into your nominated bank account…. Honestly, not worth it. Use another program with up front transparency and set fees, not percentages!

What a great experience using this application. Heaps of features that make it different and better from other similar applications. Using for over 4 years now and never an issue. Self explanatory and very simple but easy, efficient effective, dependable and reliable. Thanks to Square team.
