Square Point of Sale (POS)

They put my account under review and asked for information after I gave information and verified myself. They deactivated my account and they want me to wait 90 days for the money to come in. Worst app ever don’t use.

Hi, l use square for my business more than 10 years and very happy except 1 big issue ! WHEN I TRAVEL ABROAD WITH MY FAMILY OBVIOUSLY MY BUSINESS IS STILL RUNNING IN NEW YORK !!!! BUT I CAN NOT CHARGE MY CLIENTS ON MY SQUARE APP WHEN I M TRAVELING AND THAT IS NOT RIGHT. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO CLOSE THE BUSINESS WHEN I M NOT HERE ? DOES IT MAKE ANY SENSE ? PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS PROBLEM TO HELP US TO BE ABLE TO RUN CARDS WHEN WE ARE ON VACATION TOO !!!!

And they offer 3-6k loans after a good amount of transactions

I’ve been trying to run cards all day almost every card I run is being declined or won’t go through. I’m getting a message that reads Square is having an issue. Of course there is no one. I can speak to over the phone because it’s the weekend and the live chat is trying to tell me that Square is not having any issues. Yeah, that’s the message. I’m getting on my screen. Highly disappointed will be looking into other options for my business.

You guys do not let me process cards anymore only cash payments

I’ve been using it for a year now and I haven’t had any issues with it. Now I need to order a terminal to take cards and print receipts.
