Negatives - so many bugs are there in this app which confuses us 1. Rides which are completed or which are not done is remaining same in the list 2. Route map should get active once rider or biker starts the ride 3. Duplicate rides are getting displayed

I travel 32 + 32 km daily and learnt about Sride by my colleague and this idea is just awesome to save energy and mother earth. I am thrilled by the idea and will help others commute on time in low price. However I am trying to register my office email address, its not allowing me to do so lets see if the team reaches out to me.

I started using sRide recently. It makes our travel to office much easier and helps in reducing traffic as well as pollution. More and more people should use this!

After the paytm proceedings by RBI, SRide had to end the illegal wallet thing and then all the money customers had in their wallets was stolen by Sride and the transaction history also doesn't show it. This app works more like a scam. They delete the true critical reviews and just keep the fake 5 star reviews to get more downloads.

I got an email that new features were added to the app like filters org etc, i see none. I get options of people going two hours after me or before which I do not want to see, its waste of my time and swipe to search for a rider who matches around my time.

I keep seeing schedules of unwanted or non-using profiles. Looks like unnecessary profiles and schedules are maintained inorder to attract more people. But this strategy won’t work on long term. Plz remove unwanted schedules or users who are not using this app.

Hi sRide team, I know this app is there in App Store for quite a long time now. But since last 4-5 months I am using it. Feedback Need lot of improvements in UI-UX 1. Most of the time riders around area is notified to me who is offering ride. If I need to search I should be able to but it makes no sense to get notifications to person offering ride. When someone sends ride request that time you give notification. 2. I made a friend once then I need not make friend every time I offer ride. You can ask for feedback for ride experience (optional) He/she assumed to be my friend that’s why we are having journey together multiple times. I think it’s for both offering ride or person taking ride. 3. If anyone send message on sRide messenger there is no notification. My notification panel is full with suggestions and I miss some important messages. 4. If there are wallet compliance issues take necessary approvals or integrate with UPI. Debits happen in advance and credits take longer time. We are real time customers. Hope to see some enhancements

Even I have multiple routes to my destination it’s showing only one route .and am unable to select a specific route. I contacted customer support still no response from them

This app has very good purpose and it works But it requires a lot of feature and bug fixing Chats are not consistent, keeps on disappearing No history of last ride Should have real time rider tracking on map Rates should be as per car category

I have been seeing rides that perfectly matches my route and timing. After I pay the ride disappears. Happens every time.
