A Qatari phone number has 8 digits, app requires 10 before sending SMS to log in. If including dialling code is required, adding 974 doesn’t allow the remaining 8 numbers to be entered… Please correct asap as unable to use app at all like this

It’s a nice app which is cheap and made commute to work easy and efficient, while making positive impact on environment. Would like to request a feature back. In previous update while logging app use to bifurcate car and two wheeler, that was good. If you can please bring that back.

Using the app since couple of months now. The commute has become more fun with great conversations every time.

Please improve your payment methods, these are very confusing, add receipt for trips and let user choose the method between cash and paytm or card. Please make changes in UI and try to make it as simple as in uber. Also add trips history with necessary details.

This App helps in finding carpool seekers & provider as per their criteria (time, route & available seats) and it's quick and easy. The payment option is also flexible - direct credit/debit from wallet and cash payment as per individual's wish.

Hi Team, Unfortunately I used like Sride app earlier, but lately I have been facing lots of issues. The settlement is delayed and unwanted amount is getting deducted from the settlement irrespective a subscription is already active. Additionally the customer care response is very poor and no one even cares to get back.

When i have to take 1 ride in a day and have to track it only for 5-10 minutes, why should i give location permission for all the time? If i dont give you permission, you are not showing me location at all. Hiding 70% of screen with your msg to give permission for all time. Purely unethical practices. I will not give permission all the time, and its a open threat, if in next update, if I continue seeing it, i will stop using sride for ever. I hate such a unethical practices, thats why I switched to apple ecosystem. And apple, please protect your customers from such developers who make the user experience a hell, if they dont get all the unnecessary permission they want. The was working fine in ios 17, so suddenly what happened that app cant work for 10 min if i dont give all day permission? I trace my car only when i am using the app, and thats the permission i want to give, I should see the car when i am using the app, stop forcing me to not show the car without full day permission. Shame on you.

The app is very useful, genuine people are there on the app. Membership is worth the money. However App interface could be better in terms of ease of use. You cannot see person who paid you easily. Need a option to bookmark people for each ride.

Had a great experience with sride.

Total disappointment!! This app forced me to take subscription. Found zero booking till date. Offering rides daily, but the users never respond. Pathetic experience
